Irani chai at Secunderabad

Irani Chai at Blue Sea
Aslam bhai , aslam bhai , aslam bhai, Dubai ka chasma, cheen ki chadi aurIrani chai.
Well not only aslam bhai but to all the bhais and behens - Blue Sea is one placewhere you get the best Irani chai.
Irani chai was brought to India by the Persian traders, It got popular in Mumbai and Pune and then it came down to Hyderabad. There are umpteen Irani restaurants popularly known as Cafe. You can see big business dealing to TP (Time Pass) happening over a (Single Cup) of Irani chai.
Blue Sea Cafe, A small place near Secunderabad is one Cafe I would like to mention as I saw it growing up while i was growing. It opened when I was in school and soon every one in the twin cities knew about it. Its a right blend of tea leaf, sugar, milk and condensed Milk (may be milkmaid). I can still remember the taste of this splendid Chai.
Very close to the Secunderabad Bus stand, this place would be hard to miss ' cos there would behoards standing on the platform with chai cups in their hands.
They do have a small seating area but then when you go with a gang of friends, who would want to go n sit down for a chai.
With a hot topic to discuss, some Osmania biscuits and warm Irani chai - Wow! thats Hyderabadi life for you .
